Not only have I have preached from the psalm many times in my years of ministry, but I have visited it in personal times of need, confusion, and desperation. A Call for Wisdom
It is not controversial to say that our times are short of wisdom, while opinions are abundant. Social media is a minefield of AI videos, bots, and pseudo-theologies boosted by the algorithm. Seven Reasons to Not Fear Death
How about you? Do you fear death? In a sense, we are all uncertain about our relationship with death, for none of us knows when is our appointment to die. Additionally, none of us are promised tomorrow. If we are not to fear death, then, that confidence must be rooted in something more substantial than just a will to ignore or swallow our fear. Personally, I am not afraid to die. Such a statement is not an arrogance; it is biblical Christianity.
